Chef Jean-Paul Nielsen....
Chef received his culinary degree from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has over twenty years of culinary experience. Chef has had the pleasure of serving several well know clients, including former President George W. Bush, Warren Buffet, Ashton Kutcher, Vice President Dan Quayle, Wynonna Judd, Charles Heston, Siegfried and Roy, Joan and Melissa Rivers, Tom Osborne, James Coburn, Richard Thomas, UNLV Running Rebels teams and Fred Dryer.

Jill attended Iowa State University, graduating with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management and has been working in the restaurant business for almost 15 years.
